Russian invaders shelled civilian infrastructure in Kupyansk. The enemy hit the Church of Jesus Christ.

According to police, the bombs hit a local cafe and a Protestant church. In the church, a 58-year-old pastor, military chaplain Yuriy Klimko, was trapped under the rubble.

Unfortunately, the man could not be saved. He sustained life-threatening injuries.

It is also known that the premises of the cafe were damaged. A 31-year-old woman was injured and her 39-year-old brother was killed.

Later, Serhiy Bolvinov, the head of the Kharkiv Police Investigation Department, clarified that the occupiers used FAB-500 to fire. He also reported a fire in a residential building located next to the church.
